This site is operated by Mad Manners Ltd on behalf of Invictus DHL, for the marketing of 140 Main Road, Sidcup ("the Development"). Mad Manners Ltd is the data controller for any information you submit through the register interest form on this site.

What we collect

When you register your interest we collect your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, bedroom preference, and any message you leave. We also record which page or campaign you arrived from, so we can accurately attribute your enquiry.

How we use it

Your details are used to contact you about the Development, release updates, specifications, pricing, and open day invitations. We do not use your details for any other purpose, and we do not sell or share your details with third parties outside of Invictus DHL and the professional advisers involved in selling the Development.

Legal basis

We process your details on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the register interest form. You can withdraw this consent at any time by replying to any email we send, or by contacting us directly.

Third party processors

Form submissions are processed via Web3Forms and routed into our CRM for the purpose of managing your enquiry. These providers process data on our behalf and do not use it for their own purposes.

How long we keep your data

We retain your details for the duration of the marketing campaign for the Development, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you complete a purchase. You can request deletion of your details at any time.
